Dear Mr Watson,

I would like to take this opportunity to write to you and congratulate your company on the kind of service that has been offered to myself on several occasions. I first met your company representative ‘Bob’ approximately 5 months ago and found him to be extremely polite and also very helpful, although all I was enquiring about was a small job to replace some window hinges. The job was carried out on a satisfactory manner.

I then decided that I wanted my front door replaced, so I phoned your company and was served by a very pleasant lady on your end and again Bob cam to the house and he advised me of my choices, prices etc and I placed an order. Prior, to having the door fitted

On the day, these two gentlemen arrived and carried out the installation without causing too much upheaval. At all times they were very polite and assured me they would tidy up when the finished and that the final product would look smart et. They were a pleasure to do business with and I certainly will recommend your company to my friends and family.  I wish you the very best for the future.
