Dear Dennis,

May I take the opportunity to commend you both on the quality of the new rear door I recently had fitted, and the craftsmanship and courtesy of your fitting staff.

The installation team were courteous, efficient and their workmanship very professional. It is very refreshing in this day and age to know that there are still tradesmen around who take a pride in their work and for whom nothing is too much trouble.

It is with knowledge that I had no hesitation in recommending your firm to my daughter in Kirkcaldy and my sister-in-law in Lochgelly who are seeking to have a conservatory and front and rear doors fitted respectively.
