Dear Mr Watson,

Once again I have to write to say how pleased I am with this, the second installation you have done for me, at the stated time and date and at the price quoted. Lee, Barry and Mark, the chaps who have done both my installations, could not have been friendlier, more polite and tidier at the end of the job. Indeed, I even found them sweeping the street to remove all trace of materials.

We do very much appreciate your personal interest, your written, insurance backed guarantee and the finished quality of the job, with which we are very pleased.

We are also pleased with the way in which you are happy that we have our various installations done part at a time, as we are able to accumulate the cost.

As you know, we will be calling on you again in the fairly near future. We would not consider using anyone else.
